“end l ich” is a personal project in which I share my own journey of self-discovery and create something lasting from it.

--- in progress ---
Here is a glimpse into the photo series, prototypes of the canvas works, and concepts for the books. The exhibition is scheduled to take place in early 2027.

[lost]
At the beginning of 2023, I fell into a hole. I wasn’t doing well. I felt restless, exhausted, and just bad.

I hid away in the digital world, seeking refuge from my thoughts. But it was only an illusion — fleeting in its comfort, leaving me empty in the long run.

I realized that escaping into the digital world is no lasting solution, and I took off the mask.

[the search]
Back in the real world, I struggle to find my footing. I find it hard to cope with the seemingly slow pace of life and the absence of constant dopamine rushes.

I wanted to find a quick way out, to rediscover myself. But this process demanded the exact opposite.

[finding]

I had to slow down. To question myself, to face what I want to stand for, what I want from life and to put that into action.

Looking up at the sky, watching trees rustle and birds in flight.
A connection to nature gives me the calm and clarity to see things as they are.

I have found myself again. I find peace, I am full of energy, and I am healthy.

[look book & hand book]
The entire visual storyline, at a glance.

An interactive book that invites you to answer questions for yourself, such as: How does one find oneself? How does one set and achieve goals? How does one live a long, healthy, and active life?

From this emerges a philosophy of life.

[exhibition concept]
A nature-based space that feels like an abandoned place indoors. Stepping outside, the surrounding nature and the sound of the forest offer a sense of calm. You are invited to take a walk.
